Great kennel, just a few points...
After writing my review, I discovered two extra latches that someone—who shall remain nameless—thought weren’t necessary. Turns out, they were! Door issue resolved! I’m really pleased with the kennel; it looks nice, feels solid, and is big enough for our two 45 lb. Dogs who like to snuggle together. It was easy to put together, and everything fit great on the first try. Just a heads up: it’s about 75 pounds once assembled, so you need at least two people to handle it—we had three! We ended up laying the box on the bed for assembly, which worked well for us since getting up from the floor isn’t as easy anymore. Lifting it down required two adults. It slides nicely on the included feet, but I strongly recommend using some twine or ties on the doors to keep them from swinging around while you work. Decide ahead of time how you want the doors to open. Now, on to the downside...the dogs went inside without any trouble, got cozy in their bedding, but at 4:15 AM we were awakened by happy puppy kisses and wagging tails! We noticed when assembling that the slide locks didn’t hold the doors snug against the kennel, but it seemed secure when we tugged on them. However, these clever pups have learned a thing or two from their treat puzzles! Overall, it’s a kennel, and we’re thinking of adding some modifications to the latch today!
