Absolutely Love It!
This desk is awesome for the price, and the service from Hawkins Woodshop was. I’d purchase from them again! It feels sturdy and is adjustable. The 'lock' feature is my little lifesaver—keeps my kids from messing with the height. It's light enough to move but still feels solid. I put it together myself (just a small female here) in about 20 minutes. I had a little hiccup with the remote, emailed customer service, and they were quick to respond and fixed it in just a couple of hours. Highly recommend!

Great adjustable desk for my PC
This desk is just what I needed. The solid top gives it a sturdy feel, unlike some other desks that use multiple pieces of wood. Putting it together was a breeze; I had it set up on my own in roughly twenty minutes. I love the four height settings, and it's super smooth to adjust. I've been using it for a few weeks now and couldn't be happier.

Simple, sturdy, spacious
I got this desk because I needed something wider and simpler than my old writing desk with a hutch. It's affordable and has held up well, fitting my needs perfectly. I've set it up similarly to the sample picture, but I've got three monitors in the back and my laptop to the side where the lamp is shown. There’s more than enough room for my keyboard, and I can easily slide it forward when I need to use a notepad. As for assembly, it was quite straightforward since everything was clearly labeled. They did send the right size hex keys, but I used my own hex screwdriver to speed things up—it only took me about 20 minutes from the first instruction read to completely put together. If you stick with the provided hex keys, it might take around an hour, as the threading takes a few turns to tighten right. Just a quick tip: be careful not to over-tighten the bolts into the wood since that can sometimes cause issues later. But honestly, the sleeves are pretty snug, so even if you tend to overdo it, you should be fine.

For the price, I can't complain at all—definitely deserves five stars for what you pay. Setting it up was pretty straightforward, though the instructions could have been clearer with more diagrams to help guide you. Just a heads up, on the 40" desk, my chair's arm kept hitting the height control panel, so I had to move it to the side to get my chair to fit underneath. The absence of pre-drilled holes on the right underside didn’t hinder me much; it's easy enough to start a screw in this material. Just make sure you have a powered screwdriver on hand as it helps a lot. Overall, it's working well, but it’s a little tricky to press the buttons without being able to see them clearly. As for downsides given the low price: the edge of the desk isn't rounded, which isn't great for comfort if you're resting your arm. They could have easily rounded the edges without raising the cost too much. The desk surface is quite thin—which is fine by me—and it’s also the slowest sit/stand desk I’ve used, but that doesn’t bother me. Another note: it could use a cable management tray since there isn't one built in. I’d suggest picking up a clamp-on tray for easier installation. The two hangers included are flimsy and too small for headphones, so I replaced them with sturdier 3M ones. Lastly, I'm guessing the motor lifespan is around 5 to 10 years since it's not the sturdiest material, but again, that’s just my experience having used pricier desks. The adjustment rod is exposed, which isn’t an issue for me, but it’s a feature in more expensive models.

Absolutely happy!
This desk is a great find for the price, and the service from Hawkins Woodshop was top-notch. It's sturdy and adjustable, plus I appreciate the lock function so my kids can't change the height. It's light enough for me to move it around, but feels solid overall. I put it together by myself in about 20 minutes. Had a little trouble with the remote, but Colby got back to me quickly and sorted it out in a couple of hours. I’d definitely buy from them again!

One piece is definitely the way to go!
I’m really happy with how sleek and modern this looks in my home office. The one-piece desktop makes it feel solid and high quality. Plus, the motor is quiet when I adjust the height. The memory presets are a great feature — just press a button to switch to my sitting or standing position. The desk feels sturdy, especially the metal frame, and putting it together was a breeze; everything fit perfectly. I didn’t use the headphone hook, but I love the simplicity of the one-piece design. Overall, this desk is practical, well-made, and looks great. Standing while I work has also been good for my circulation. Highly recommend!
