Thank you so very much. This crate is everything I hoped it would be. I love the color, the size, the durability, the ease of putting it together. Just one huge malfunction.... Once the latches are on, you can't open the doors. Womp womp. Abd the box clearly states you can only return in the box it comes in. It took me longer to hack into the box than it did for me to put this together. The box is in pieces.
