I bought a mattress that was too soft. I didnt think that was possible. After a couple months my back was always hurting. Then I realized it was because of my mattress. They are not cheap so I didnt want to buy a new one when I just got this one. So I looked into a firm mattress topper to hopefully help. I still have some pain but not as much. This helped alot. I was nervous at first thinking it was too firm but after a couple nights my body kind of formed to it. It's very comfortable thick and stretched right over top perfectly. I do run hot being a big guy but it doesnt keep the heat trapped in. I sleep better now than before.
