Jolie et facile à monter
La livraison a pas mal compliqué les choses pour moi. C'était une vraie galère de faire monter la boîte au 2e étage, surtout que le livreur l'a laissée en bas de l'escalier sans me prévenir. Avec la glace sur les marches, j'ai dû tourner la boîte pour la hisser en haut, et croyez-moi, ce n'était pas simple. Bref, pas très satisfaite de la livraison. Mais le meuble, lui, est vraiment beau et super facile à assembler. Les instructions sont claires et il ne manquait rien, j'avais même des vis en surplus. Un petit outil est fourni pour faciliter la tâche. Les deux étagères grillagées ont été un peu difficiles à mettre en place toute seule, donc c’est mieux d’être deux pour ça. Sinon, le résultat est génial, c’est une jolie console parfaitement adaptée à mon espace. La taille est idéale, ni trop profonde, ni trop étroite. J’apprécie aussi l’espace entre les étagères, parfait pour des paniers. Je suis vraiment contente de cet achat, ça a l'air robuste et il devrait me durer plusieurs années. Je recommande cette console, juste un petit conseil : ayez un peu d’aide pour le transport et le montage.

I’m really happy with this piece for the price. I’m currently renting a place that has hardly any storage, so when I saw this unit, I knew it would fit perfectly on an empty kitchen wall. La boîte était trop lourde pour que je puisse la soulever dans les escaliers, alors j'ai dû la faire pivoter sur chaque marche pour la monter. C'est une console magnifique et pratique, bien proportionnée, pas trop profonde et avec une bonne largeur. J'aime aussi l'espace entre les tablettes, parfait pour des paniers ou des bacs de rangement. Je suis vraiment satisfaite de cet achat, ça a l'air solide et durera des années. Je recommande ce meuble, mais essayez d'avoir de l'aide pour le montage, surtout en hauteur. Tout est arrivé bien emballé et en parfait état.

I could tell when the item arrived it was a good purchase. However, my shipment did not include the "tool" to assemble the product. I tried what I had around the house, but didn't have much luck. I called the number listed for issues, and they very nice, and promptly shipped the the tool and more screws and advised me of the time frame. Was prompt as promised. In addition, there was a scratch on the table top about 6 inches, but I figure I would just fix it up with furniture polish or wood pens, since it's a heavy item and is costly to ship. But this piece was easy to put together myself and get it set up. I am really happy, served my purpose! I was delightful surprised, when I received my tool but also a new top piece, which I didn't expect, as I said no problem, I'd fix it up myself. Hawkins Woodshop isn't at the manufacturing facility, so that type of thing is really difficult to control. If you want perfect go to your local furniture store. I work in the construction supply business where all our material are from third parties, and we have deductions for defective materials supplied by the third parties which we have no control. These are the sellers I am thankful for, they went above what I asked and really delivered. They asked for no reviews or anything, like I have been asked in the past. Since 2004 I think I have asked to give positive reviews for maybe a handful or two of products for something free and I declined. I indicated I didn't need anything free and I would pass, I believe in giving reviews that are honest and transparent. I am a bit behind in my reviews, but I feel like credit is deserved for a job well done, and misleading information should be noted.
