Great quality and comfortable chair
Honestly, I was a little nervous before ordering, so I only bought one chair to test it out first. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. It looks way better in person than in the pictures. Assembly was easy and didn’t take long at all. The little back pillow it came with is actually really comfortable too. I’m really happy with this purchase and already planning to order the matching sofa next. Customer service was also great — quick responses and kept me updated on the shipping the whole time. Definitely recommend.

I am 60 it took me 1 hour to put together. I needed a deep chair for occasional seating. Nice material, earthy tone. Very large footstool. Back board strength is ify, and the arms from underneath have no covering, just wide open.

Not for the faint of heart assembler
Fabric is great. Color true… but it came in sooo many pieces, that was not obvious when I ordered it. I knew it would need some assembly but this was quite a bit more than than I expected. To that end it was purchased for a family member that is sight impaired, who found it quite challenging. Also one of the boards was detached from the other and some were warped. Upon assembly we found it a pretty hard sit. Not at all as I imagined a memory foam style cushion to be. Of course it’s a value for price paid. Color and fabric great, look is great. But know it is a very firm feel. It was purchased solely on the amount of weight each cushion supported, having older autistic children who throw themselves down. And I will say that if you don’t tighten or screw in straight, it’s only as good as the assembler. Luckily I was able to drive two hours to help redirect some crooked screws and tighten some loose ones. Took us three hours to finish what he worked on all day the day before. Not for the faint of heart assembler or the sight impaired assembler

Nice couch for the money
Way better quality and size than I thought when I first saw the small boxes! It was easy and difficult to put together all at the same time. Some of the bolts and screws were almost impossible, and you had to rub your fingers raw, trying to get them tight. But other than those bolts and screws, it was pretty easy to put together. It’s pretty comfortable for a faux leather couch that came in boxes. One of the metal pieces was bent, which fortunately did not affect the assembly. You can twist the Ottomans the other direction to have two Chase lounges. (3seater option)
