Solid product but a few quirks.
I initially added a stick-on wallpaper at the bottom to prevent my dog's chain from getting caught. Both of my dogs tried it out before the wallpaper, and while neither got stuck, I could see that happening. I also have a food bowl attached to the side that fits perfectly, one I bought years ago. One thing I'd like is more support in the back; a solid panel would be better than the bars they have now. The wheels feel a bit flimsy, but they do work for now. I'm 250 lbs and even had to lay inside to tighten a screw, and it held up fine. It has enough space for both my dogs, a 65 lb Australian Shepherd and a 75 lb Husky. It's a bit shorter for my husky but he seems to enjoy it. They are both crate trained and treat it as their personal area, so I'm not worried about them trying to escape. Plus, I appreciate the three latches on each gate. I got this to replace an old solid wood double crate, and this one will definitely be easier to clean underneath. The wooden crates didn’t lock as securely as this one does.

The Perfect Crate Upgrade for Our Bulldogs
We just got a new puppy, and with her nearing 6 months, it was time to move on from our plastic training pen. Bulldog owners know how sturdy these dogs can be, so I wanted a crate that was robust, easy to clean, and looked nice in our living space. This crate hit the mark perfectly. First off, it's gorgeous—looks just like a piece of furniture instead of a standard dog crate, which really elevates the room. The build is solid and heavier than I expected, so I'm confident it will last. I appreciate the smart design, too. The multiple doors provide easy access, the removable trays are a breeze for cleaning, and the wheels make it easy to move the crate for cleaning underneath—a game changer. I did see some reviews regarding assembly issues, like misaligned holes and broken screws, which made me a bit nervous. But luckily, I had no problems at all. Everything fit together nicely, and putting it together was pretty simple. Just a tip: don’t tighten the screws all the way until everything’s assembled. Leaving them a bit loose helps with alignment. I used hand tools to assemble two crates and took my time, all while being “helped” by our curious puppy. It took me about 4.5 hours in total, but the result was so worth it. My older bulldog loves her new space, the puppy has plenty of room, and I feel great knowing they’re safe while we’re out. If you need a crate that's strong for big breeds and also looks good in your home, this is the one. I'm happy with this purchase!

Great value! Huge and sturdy!
This is such a good deal for the price. It's massive! Plenty of space for our 100 lb Bernedoodle to stand and stretch. Putting it together wasn't too difficult. The small screws for the hinges were a bit tricky, but otherwise, it went together pretty smoothly. Most of the holes lined up nicely. The Allen keys worked well throughout. Just a heads up, the Phillips screwdriver they include tends to strip, so have one of your own on hand. I had to carefully use an impact driver to tackle those tiny screws—they can be a pain!

Definitely a good buy
I'm giving this 5 stars for the product itself, Colby's communication, and how quickly it shipped. The quality is pretty impressive for being made of particle board. The boards feel much denser than other similar items I've seen. It's sturdy and looks good too. It’s on the smaller side for bigger dogs—my 100lb pup might be a stretch—but it’s just right for my smaller shepherd, and my two corgis fit perfectly. I’d say around 70lbs is probably the max, depending on your dog's height. The setup instructions are a bit tricky, just like others have mentioned. I ended up taking it apart and reassembling it four times. The screws can strip pretty easily, which is frustrating when you're disassembling and redoing it. Using higher-quality tools than the ones that come with it really helps, and make sure to pay close attention to the boards and directions.

Good product!
The company kept good communication. My shipment was on time even though the company was concerned about weather and fires. It says two people needed to put together, however I did it on my own. Once you get the sides connected to the bottom it is easy after that. I just used a chair to help balance the first side. It did take me 4 hrs to get it together. Instructions are all pictures so if you need writen instructions this is probably not for you. It is well built and sturdy, course I have mini doxies, but I would put a larger dog in it and feel good. The divider can be left out. The floor pans go under neither the unit. The floor has holes for any liquids to go through but I put a pee pad down as I don't want to try and clean any poop out of those holes. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and I feel I got a good deal for the price.

It was delivered on time. East to put together does need 2 people at some points to help move. Looks great and easy to open and close

The holes in the bottom are dumb but it is a great product.
To start off I did buy a stick-on wallpaper to put on the bottom so that the dogs chain would not get stuck. I did have both dogs test it before the wallpaper and neither one of them got stuck But I could totally see that happening. I also have a attached to the side food bowl that I bought years ago on Hawkins Woodshop that fits this really well. The one thing I would like to see is more support in the back, like I would have liked the more solid grating in the back instead of the bars in the back. The wheels are extremely cheap but they do work. I don't know if they'll work for very long but they do work. I weigh 250 lb and at one point I had to lay on my back inside when it was almost completely done to get a screw tightened so I do know it will carry or hold up to 250 lb. It's big enough for both of my dogs and they are both large. The Australian Shepherd is 65 lb and the husky is 75 lb. It is a little shorter than I would like for my husky but the husky still likes it. Both of my dogs are crate trained and they actually really love their crate, they think of it as like their personal space, so I don't think that they'll ever try to get out but there are three latches for every gate which makes me feel a lot better. I had bought it to replace the last picture It was a solid wood double dog crate, I think these two together are going to be a little bit bigger than that double dog crate, But this is going to be far easier to clean under and around. Also the wooden double dog crates didn't lock nearly as secure as these crates.
