Fantastic Dog Crate
This crate is quite heavy, but I found it easy to assemble. I actually enjoyed putting it together! It’s really well made, and best of all, my dog can’t escape from it. It also looks nice and works as an extra table in our living room.

This piece is just as described and looks amazing in person. The colors are a rich, true black. The latches are solid—they fit into little grooves, so I can tell when they're securely locked, which has stopped my escape-prone shelties from getting out. The top has plenty of space for decor or anything else you want to showcase. Overall, it’s a solid piece and feels like it will last a long time. I’m happy with it and would suggest it to others.

Great Crate for Our Puppy!
I ordered the 42-inch crate for my new puppy, and it really blew me away. It was solid right out of the box and the quality is impressive. Putting it together was a breeze—I had it ready in about 30 minutes using a drill, and everything was there with no tricky instructions to deal with. The style is nice too; it fits in with our decor without looking like a typical dog crate. The sleek design is something I don’t mind leaving out in our home. Plus, it’s roomy enough for Sundae to stand up, turn around, and stretch as she gets bigger. This crate has been a great investment for her training and gives her a safe and cozy spot. I’m sure we’ll be using it for a long time to come. If you want a sturdy and good-looking crate, this one is worth it. Highly recommend!

Great kennel with a little fix needed...
I found a couple extra latches that were overlooked by someone, and those made a big difference! Solved the door issue! This kennel is solid and looks nice—it holds my two 45 lb dogs perfectly, and they like to cuddle up together. It was easy to put together, and everything fit well from the start. Just a heads up: it’s heavy at about 75 pounds once assembled, so you’ll definitely need some help. We had three people working on it! We chose to build it on the bed by cutting the box open, and that worked out great. Lifting it off the bed took two adults, though. It slides easily with the feet included. I suggest securing the doors with some twine or ties before assembly, since they can bang around a bit. Plus, decide how you want the doors to open in advance. Now, for the tricky part: while the dogs adapted to it well and settled in right away, they did manage to get out early one morning. The slide locks didn’t keep the doors tight to the kennel face, but they didn’t pop open on their own, so they seemed fine. Turns out those treat puzzles taught them more than we realized! Overall, it’s a nice crate, but I’ll be upgrading the latch today!

Great investment!
I have two medium-sized dogs that need to be crated on and off throughout the day, and they also sleep in their crates. Since the crates are in our small living room, I wanted them to look nice. The crates from Hawkins Woodshop showed up a few days earlier than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Each box was quite heavy, but everything was packed really well. All parts were clearly labeled, and they even included some extras and tools. Putting them together was a breeze, though having an extra pair of hands would be useful. I've had other dog crates before, but these feel like a step up. They're sturdy and look great. My dogs are loving their new space, and I'm so happy I decided to go for these!

Fantastic Dog Crate!
This crate arrived really well packaged, almost like opening a fancy handbag. The instructions were clear with everything labeled, including all the tools. Just a tip—make sure to align the holes before you start putting it together. I made the mistake of flipping one of the panels and had to backtrack a bit. I'm impressed with the sturdy build and clever design. The white color looks great and complements my home nicely. It's heavy and solid, and the raised floor keeps hair and dirt from piling up inside. The lock is easy to use and it even has extra spring locks on the inside of the door, which is a nice touch. My escape artist dog is staying put! I wasn't originally looking for long-term kennels, but after seeing how my cocker spaniel loves it, I’m so happy I decided to get a couple of these. The aesthetic is a big improvement—check out the before and after pics! My cocker fits in the medium crate, and my boxer has plenty of space in the XL; they even cuddle up in the XL together at night.

Great Crate That Looks Good And Was Easy to Assemble!
I got the 42-inch crate for my new puppy, and I’m so happy with it. It feels sturdy right from the start, and the quality is impressive. Putting it together was simple; I had it all set up in about 30 minutes using a drill, and everything was included with clear instructions. The design is sleek and fits nicely with our home décor without looking like a typical dog crate. Nice clean lines and a modern finish make it something I don’t mind having out in the living room. Plus, it’s spacious enough for Sundae to stand up, turn around, and lay down comfortably as she grows. This crate is a fantastic choice for crate training and providing her with a safe, cozy spot. I believe it’ll last us a long time. If you want a durable and attractive crate, I recommend this one! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best Furniture Dog Crate!
This thing was packaged like a nice handbag with Lego level building instructions. Numbers on the bags and all the tools you need. Do yourself a favor and lineup all the holes before you start screwing. I realized far too late that I had a panel upside down and had to undo a lot of screws to correct it. Seriously impressed with the build and thoughtful design. The white is such a nice design option. This thing is heavy and well built. The floor is lifted to the same level as the bars which means less hair and junk will get stuck in the kennel. The locking mechanism is easy to close and even features an extra set of spring locks on the inside of the door that allows it to open on both sides. I can’t imagine any houdinis making their way out of this thing. I wasn’t planning on using a kennel long term but my cocker spaniel had other plans so I finally broke down and bought a couple nice kennels. So glad I did. Love the look, check out the before and after, so much better! My cocker spaniel fits in the medium sized kennel and my boxer fits in the xl with plenty of room. They sleep in the xl together at night and separately during the day.

Great kennel, except...
After writing the review below, I found two additional latches that someone whom I won’t name, did not tnink were necessary. They were! Door problem solved!!! Five stars and I may buy the bigger one if the grow bigger than we think they will!!! Looks great, solid construction, big enough for two 45 lb. Dogs (who are very bonded and sleep on top of each other, but still there is room for them both), went together easily and everything lined up first try. However... A few things to know - it weights about 75 pounds assembled, and you definitely need 2 people to do it (we had three). While you could do it sitting on the floor (if you are young enough to get back up off the floor, which we are not!), we cut off the top of the box, laid in on the bed, and assembled it there which also worked well. Took two adults to lift it down when done. Slides well on included feet. Strongly suggest that you use some twine or long twist ties on the doors before assembly or else they will be banging in the head every 2 minutes. And know which door you want to use, and which end and way you want it to open. Now the bad news... While the dogs went in no problems, rearranged the bedding to suit and settle right down, and 4:15 in the morning we were woke by excited puppy kisses and deadly tail beating and they settle down between us on the bed. We realized when we put it together that the slide locks did not hold the doors tightly to the face of the kennel, but we tugged on them and they did not open or release the doors so they appeared secure. It appears though that all those treat puzzles we give them taught them more than we thought! So great crate, nice looking furniture piece, but we will be modifying the latch today!
