I was pretty impressed with how everything arrived. The table and four chairs came in three separate boxes, and they all showed up within a week of my order. I was a bit worried at first because the boxes were a bit beat up, with some holes and tape, and I thought maybe the table would be damaged. Luckily, it wasn't! The chairs were simple to put together, and the table was fairly easy too with clear instructions. The chairs look nice, just like in the pictures, though they aren't super sturdy or cushioned—fine for our occasional use. One chair was missing assembly hardware, but a quick email to Colby sorted that out in just three days. Overall, the table looks way fancier than what I paid, especially with the handy folding leaf feature.

Table and four chairs were packed in 3 separate boxes, which all arrived at the same time, less than one week from when I placed the order. At first I was concerned because the boxes looked like they had been through a lot, including some holes and re-taping. I guessed that the table was damaged. It wasn't. The chairs were easy to put together. The table was moderately easy to put together, and the instructions were clear. The chairs look good (as pictured), they don't seem particularly sturdy, or deeply padded - but that is fine for us since they will see only occasional use. Of the four chairs, one did not have assembly hardware. An email to Hawkins Woodshop resolved this three days later. The table punches above it's cost in terms of looks and the functionality of the integrated folding leaf.

Pleasantly surprised!
Ordering this was a bit of a risk and I was skeptical but so glad I did! I was looking for a specific table that matches my aesthetic, fits my small space condo, and has an extendable feature — this was the only table that came close after a month of searching. Assembly was pretty easy; however, I did have help from 2 others. The table was quick to put together but the instructions for the chairs were unclear so it took a little longer. The extendable function is super useful and easy. Taking off a star but little yellow and discolored spots on the chairs but it came off after some gentle scrubbing. Hopefully this table holds up, although I don’t have high hopes. For now, I just love how it looks with the rest of my space!
