Update: The company contacted me and offered a full refund or replacing the product for free. This remedied the problem with my order and am very happy with the outcome.(original review): The product is very expensive for an ottoman and appears to be made well, but upon the first night of using the ottoman's wood surface for dinner and rotating it to the cushion side after dinner, I can hear something inside that rolls around. It sounds fairly big and unclear what it could be, but there is no way to access it. This was a key feature of why I like the ottoman and plan to be flipping it nightly, so it is extremely lame to know we will be hearing something roll around inside every night to remind me it was broken on arrival. It is already set up in the living room with items inside and box broken down in the recycling bin, plus it's heavy. Sending it back just isn't what I want to do with a product like this.
