I did notice a few small paint chips, but they were on the parts that get screwed together, so they aren't visible. The lighting feature is nice and simple to set up; it has three settings and allows for brightness adjustment. The drawers are solid, open and close smoothly, and they even lock in place. Using a light drill made it a lot easier on my hands since I couldn't apply too much force with the screws. Overall, I use this vanity every day, and my daughter is already asking for one! Shipping was faster than I thought, which was a nice surprise, although the box did have some dents. Given its weight, it makes sense why the delivery folks had a tough time with it!
