Great Customer service, solid piece, but the table top could be better.
The item itself is about 4 stars, I'm giving it a full 5 for the customer service. I had to contact customer service when the package didn't arrive when it was marked as delivered. The package was missing but the company responded same day and resolved the issue and got me a new table by the next day. The table itself is pretty solid, but the lifting mechanisms are pretty weak, will definitely need two hands to lift it up and down, and you don't want too much weight on it as you do so. It doesn't lift smoothly or evenly otherwise. I do wish that the table top could be reversible or installed to open in the opposite direction without drilling new holes. Or have barn doors opening on both the front and the back so it can look good aesthetically from either side that you see it from. Outside of these issues, the table as a whole is sturdy, the space underneath the tabletop is great for storage. The instructions were very easy to follow, and putting it together was quick work, about 45 minutes to an hour altogether. One person can put the majority of it together by themselves, but two people would be preferable when installing the table top so it gets installed evenly. Overall it's a good piece, especially for its price point, looks like something you can buy off of the sales floor of a brick and mortar furniture store.
