Perfect for strong dogs
Overall it’s as I expected. My German shepherd will tend to paw at the floor and eventually work his way through the particle board on this style kennel, but he’s too strong and stubborn to have anything with wire floors or walls. I will say this thing is heavy, but also heavy duty. The size is perfect, and it was easy to put together, albeit a little awkward.

Update:After further review, the kennel design I received is not the same as the "fold up" design in the description. Some key differences; Side door not in middle of cage. No hinges for top or bottom included. Bottom rail has 8 bolt holes not shown in listing. Top has 12 bolts and no hinges. Not sure what happened........ I purchased two of these kennels for my German Shepherds. Shipping was fast, the contents were undamaged despite some exterior wear on the boxes, there are a few important considerations regarding the materials and assembly. Materials & Durability: The product description lists the material as 'Wooden,' but it is actually engineered particle board. This distinction is significant; given that this is not solid wood, there is a risk of sagging over time due to humidity and/or heavy body weight. I recommend leaving the legs off so the kennel sits flat on the floor. This is for indoor use only. Assembly: While the listing states it unfolds with 'no tools,' this requires 20 bolts to fully assemble, creating a rigid structure that does not fold back up easily once built. Despite the confusion in the description, assembly was quick and straightforward. I suggest using an impact and flex shaft during installation to access tight spaces between the bars. Safety & Build Quality: I inspected every surface with my bare hands. While there is minor weld splatter beneath the paint finish, all edges are smooth and there are no sharp points. The welds are tight without unnecessary rattle (aside from a slight wobble on the doors). The latches appear sturdy. Minor Drawback: The side door location is fixed and cannot be customized. However, overall, these kennels seem durable and safe. I will update this review after some additional time has passed to confirm their longevity.
