We are so pleased with our purchase! The piece is gorgeous, and it arrived really quickly—within just a week. Assembly was pretty simple; my husband and I had it put together in about 30 minutes. It is quite heavy, so I'd suggest having a second person to help, but the wheels make it much easier to move around. It's big, deep, and spacious. We love the reversible bowls; they fit securely, so there's no worry about them shifting. Plus, the lockable latches feel nice and secure. We recommend it!

The bars are sturdy, which is great since he loves to chew. It fits perfectly in the spot I chose, and I appreciate that it comes with bowls too, especially for the price. It's worth every penny! Gorgeous piece but tricky instructions
The instructions were a bit confusing, so definitely check out the video for assembly tips. I got some parts of the kennel already put together, like the bottom frame attached to the base, but there were still a bunch of extra pieces left over, which was a bit concerning at first. It would have been helpful if the instructions mentioned how many screws and bolts were included. On the plus side, it came with 2 hex keys, a wrench, and a screwdriver, which was a nice touch! We love the reversible bowl section; it looks great!

Beautiful piece but confusing instructions
Instructions were not clear, so watch the video about install. I received some of the kennel already assembled (the bottom frame already mounted to the bottom board) but still received the hardware to put it together, so having so many extra pieces leftover was concerning at first. I wish the instructions had listed how many bolts/screws, etc were included. It did come with 2 hex keys, 1 wrench and 1 screw driver which was really nice! We really like the reversible bowl section. It has a great aesthetic.
