Sturdy and Stylish Crate That's Easy to Assemble!
I got the 42-inch crate for my new puppy, and it’s honestly been great. Right from the start, it felt solid and well-made. Putting it together was a breeze; I had it ready to go in about 30 minutes using a drill, and everything was included with clear instructions—no parts missing at all. It looks nice too! Great Dog Crate!
This crate came packaged really well, kind of like unboxing a nice bag, and the assembly instructions were straightforward. Just a tip: make sure to check the holes before you start putting things together—I ended up with a panel upside down and had to backtrack a bit. The build quality is impressive and I love the white design. It's pretty heavy and feels solid. The floor is raised so less hair and dirt get stuck in it, which is nice. The locking mechanism is simple to use, and there’s even an extra set of locks inside the door, so it opens on both sides. I don’t think any escape artist dogs can get out of this one! Initially, I wasn't planning to use a crate for long, but my cocker spaniel had different ideas, so I picked up a couple of these and I'm so happy I did. They look way better than before! My cocker fits well in the medium crate, and my boxer has loads of space in the XL one. They even sleep together in the XL at night and chill separately during the day.

Great kennel, except...
After writing the review below, I found two additional latches that someone whom I won’t name, did not tnink were necessary. They were! Door problem solved!!! Five stars and I may buy the bigger one if the grow bigger than we think they will!!! Looks great, solid construction, big enough for two 45 lb. Dogs (who are very bonded and sleep on top of each other, but still there is room for them both), went together easily and everything lined up first try. However... A few things to know - it weights about 75 pounds assembled, and you definitely need 2 people to do it (we had three). While you could do it sitting on the floor (if you are young enough to get back up off the floor, which we are not!), we cut off the top of the box, laid in on the bed, and assembled it there which also worked well. Took two adults to lift it down when done. Slides well on included feet. Strongly suggest that you use some twine or long twist ties on the doors before assembly or else they will be banging in the head every 2 minutes. And know which door you want to use, and which end and way you want it to open. Now the bad news... While the dogs went in no problems, rearranged the bedding to suit and settle right down, and 4:15 in the morning we were woke by excited puppy kisses and deadly tail beating and they settle down between us on the bed. We realized when we put it together that the slide locks did not hold the doors tightly to the face of the kennel, but we tugged on them and they did not open or release the doors so they appeared secure. It appears though that all those treat puzzles we give them taught them more than we thought! So great crate, nice looking furniture piece, but we will be modifying the latch today!
