Sturdy and functional!
I'm really happy with this crate; it fits perfectly in our living room. I do wish the wood-like color was a little darker for some contrast, but it's sturdy and offers plenty of space for our 6-month-old GSP. He still has room to grow! The doors open and close smoothly, but the metal makes a loud noise when he bangs against them, which can be a bit annoying. We're adding some cushioning for that. Still, I prefer metal over wood since he can't chew through it! We don't use the little openings for food and water because he just makes a mess. He can poke his head out, which isn't the safest, but it's manageable for now. A big plus is the tray underneath for easy clean-up in case of accidents! Worth it!

Functional & sturdy!
I'm really happy with it; it fits nicely in our living room. I wish the top wood-like finish was a darker brown, but it's sturdy and has plenty of space for our German Shorthaired Pointer. He's only six months old, so he has some growing to do, and there's still room for him to get bigger. The doors open and close easily, which is great. The only downside is that since they’re metal, they make a loud noise when he bumps into them. A little cushioning would help, which we're planning to add. That said, it's still a lot better than having wooden doors he could chew on! We don’t use the little openings for food and water because he’d just make a mess, so we left them open. He can poke his head out, which isn’t the safest, but his head is small enough that it won’t get stuck. The tray underneath for accidents is a plus! Worth it!!!
