Great adjustable desk for PC
This desk is just what I needed for my computer setup. It's got a single, solid top rather than those two-piece designs, which feels much sturdier. Putting it together was a breeze—I did it all by myself in about twenty minutes. I really like the four height settings, and it's smooth when I adjust it. I've been using it for a few weeks now, and I'm happy with my purchase.

Great Desk!
This desk is a fantastic deal, and the service at Hawkins Woodshop was. I’d order from them again! It feels sturdy and has good adjustability. I like the lock feature—it's my little trick to keep my kids from messing with the height. It's light enough to move around without a problem, but still feels solid. I put it together by myself in about 20 minutes. I did have a small issue with the remote, and when I reached out to customer service, they responded fast and fixed it in just a few hours. Highly recommend!

Solid product
This is a sturdy and good-quality piece. Putting it together was pretty quick and easy. Just a heads up, I accidentally assembled it upside down before attaching the legs. The lifting mechanism isn’t too loud either; you can hear it, but it won't wake anyone up if you use it at night.

Great desk for my setup
I got this desk because I needed a wider, simpler option than my old writing desk with a hutch. It’s affordable and sturdy, checking all the boxes for what I need. I’ve set it up with three monitors lined up in the back and my laptop off to the side where that lamp is in the picture. There’s ample room for my keyboard, and if I need to take notes, there's space to slide it forward without a problem. Putting the desk together wasn’t hard at all since everything was clearly labeled and the instructions were straightforward. They included the right size hex keys, but I just used my own hex screwdriver, which made the whole process take about 20 minutes. If you stick to the provided keys, I’d say it might take an hour because the bolts require a good few turns to get tight. Just a tip: don’t over tighten the bolts in the wood. It can be tricky with bolt sleeves since overdoing it can pull them out, but I found this desk has very secure fittings, so most people shouldn’t run into issues.

Solid desk for the price.
I have no complaints for what I paid—definitely worth 5 stars considering the low price. Putting it together was pretty straightforward, though the instructions could use clearer diagrams to help with setup. Just a heads up: on the 40" version, my chair's arm bumped into the height control panel, so I had to reposition it on the side for better access. No pre-drilled holes on that side, but starting screws in the material wasn't an issue—using a powered screwdriver could help with that. Overall, it’s working well for me, but it can be tricky to hit the buttons without seeing them clearly. Some downsides for such an affordable desk: - The edges of the top aren't rounded, which could be a bit uncomfortable if you rest your arms there. I feel they could've easily rounded the edges without a huge price increase. - The surface is thinner than pricier sit/stand options, but I'm okay with that. - This is the slowest sit/stand desk I’ve tried, but it doesn’t bother me. - There’s no cable tray underneath, so I’d suggest grabbing one that clamps on without needing to drill. - The stick-on hangers for headphones are flimsy and small—better off getting sturdier ones. - Lastly, I expect the motors might last about 5 to 10 years, given the design. The description mentions it’s passed durability tests, but the materials suggest a shorter lifespan. The height adjustment rod is exposed as well, which is something pricier models cover up. Not a big deal for me, though.

Simple, sturdy, spacious
I got this desk to have a wider, more straightforward setup than the old writing desk/hutch I had. It's budget-friendly and really tough—just what I needed. I set mine up like the sample photo but with three monitors across the back and my laptop on the side where a lamp is shown. There's plenty of room for my keyboard, and I can easily slide it forward when I want to use a notepad. Putting the desk together was pretty straightforward since everything was clearly labeled. They included the right hex keys, but I used my own hex screwdriver to speed things up. It took about 20 minutes to get it all set up from reading the instructions to finishing up. If you use the hex keys they provide, it might take around an hour since the threading requires some extra turns to tighten properly. Just a heads up: don't over-tighten the bolts into the wood. Like any wood project with bolt sleeves, over-tightening might pull the sleeve out down the line, but this desk has nice, snug sleeves, so most people shouldn't run into any problems.

I can't complain at all about this desk for the price—definitely deserving of five stars considering the cost. Setting it up was straightforward, although the instructions could have been clearer and needed more example diagrams. Just a heads up: with the 40" version, the arm of my chair hit the desk height control panel. I had to unscrew it and reposition it on the side so my chair could fit underneath. The lack of pre-drilled holes on the right underside wasn’t an issue; it’s easy to get screws started in this material, though using a powered screwdriver helps. Overall, it’s working well for me, but it’s a little tricky to press the side buttons without seeing them. A few downsides for such an affordable desk: the edges of the top aren't rounded, which is uncomfortable when resting an arm; the top is on the thin side (but that’s fine by me); it’s the slowest sit/stand desk I've used; and there's no cable management tray on the back. I’d suggest picking up one that clamps on easily without needing to drill. The included stick-on hangers are flimsy, too small for most headphones, so I recommend getting sturdier 3M adhesive ones. As for the motors, I estimate they might last around 5 to 10 years, considering the material quality and design. The description says the motor's passed over 100,000 durability cycles, but from my experience with pricier models, I think that's a reasonable timeframe. The height adjustment rod is exposed, unlike more expensive desks with covers, but that hasn’t bothered me at all.

Great desk!
This desk is a fantastic deal for the price, and the service at Hawkins Woodshop is top-notch. I'm considering buying from them again! It feels sturdy and adjustable. I appreciate the 'lock' feature (my little secret) to keep my kids from messing with the height adjustments. It’s lightweight enough to move around, but feels solid overall. I managed to put it together by myself in about 20 minutes. I also had a little trouble with the remote, but I shot an email to customer service, and they replied and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. Recommend!

Lots of surface space!
Really great! Setup was easy and the desk is very solidly built. Love that it comes with adhesive clips so you can manage the ac adapter cable under the desk! For the price you really can’t beat it considering it’s one solid desktop that has a lot of surface space without having the surface in 2 pieces like some of these desks are! The color is so nice and looks exactly like the pictures! When raise it to the max height adjustment it remains pretty stable still compared to others which is great for those who like to lean while they stand. The sizing is perfect as a medium sized desk with nice depth. The main reason I chose this one was because of how large the surface area was and it has exceeded all my expectations so far! Update: Still extremely satisfied with this purchase! It’s literally deep enough to have 2 monitors and a chunky keyboard with another one between it and the monitors if you wanted (I use 2 for work and gaming)

For the price, there's nothing to complain about.
Review for: CubiCubi 40 x 24 Small One-Piece Standing Desk. For the price, there's nothing to complain about (no reason to give it anything less than 5 stars for the very low price). It was very easy to setup, although the instructions don't start out very clear and needed more example diagrams to orient people. Note: On the 40" desk version, the arm of my chair would run right into the desk height control panel. I had to unscrew it and then re screw it into the side of the desk, so my desk chair could role under. The fact that there are no pre-drilled holes on the on the right underside edge of the desk didn't matter (easy to get a screw started in this desk top material). You just might need to use a powered screwdriver to get the screws started in their new position. It's working fine, except it's a little awkward pressing the buttons on the side of the desk w/o being able to see them. Negatives for a desk this cheap.- The outside edge of the desk top is not rounded (for comfort - like when resting an arm on the desk edge). This is a big one where I know they could have made the top side edges rounded with only a minimal increasing to the cost of the desk.- The desk top is very thin compared to a more expensive sit/stand desk (fine with me)- This is the slowest moving powered sit/stand desk I've ever used or tried (no big deal - doesn't bother me personally).- Lack of a rear underside cable tray (for cable management). I'd recommend getting a cable management tray for the rear, that clamps on with a rotating tension screw mount - for a no drill installation). Example: https://www. Hawkins Woodshop/dp/B0G7HH41FK? Ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1- The two included (stick on) underside hangers are flimsy and too small for most headphones (just get some 3M adhesive stick on ones that are actually full sized and have plastic that isn't so cheap and flimsy). Example (what I used): https://www. Hawkins Woodshop/dp/B00P31BMHG? Ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1- The sit/stand desk motors may only last 5 to 10 years (my guess). The product description says " The motor has passed 100,000+ durability cycles and features overheat protection". However, the material quality/thickness of this desk design has me believing I should reasonably only expect 5 to 10 years of motor life, if I adjust the desk height a few times a day. I've been using much more expensive industrial site stand desks for many years and that's just my lifespan guess for a desk with materials that are this much thinner and cheaper.-The height adjustment rod (under the desk) is completely exposed. More expensive desks have an enclosed rod, or rod cover, to prevent you from making any contact with the rod while it's rotating. I'm not bothered by this though (doesn't seem to be a big deal).
