Impressed with product and support!
Short version: Very impressed with the product, the assembly instructions, and customer support. Long version: We have 2 6-month-old bloodhound pups that we needed a new crate for. I had no idea that crate furniture was a thing until I started searching for something big enough to comfortably hold 2 100+ pound dogs. This crate is actually 2 48" crates fastened together (as designed). I was impressed with the way the pieces were packaged, but even though they went to a lot of trouble to protect the contents, a corner on both the bottom boards was damaged. The damage was purely cosmetic, but damage nevertheless. Assembly of the crate was well thought out and the instructions were easy to follow. Extra fasteners were even included, which I always feel is a plus. Our pups easily fit in their new bedroom and like it a lot. I contacted the manufacturer about the damaged pieces, purely as a matter of principle. I payed over $400 for the item so all should have been perfect. I got a reply right away wanting clarification and pictures. After sending that to them, they told me the bottom boards were not available for replacement but they would be willing to give me a partial refund if I agreed to that. Since I would have to completely disassemble the crate to replace the boards, a refund was a much better option. They even asked me how much of a refund I wanted! I told them $100 which they quickly agreed to. The whole experience has been a positive one.

Very nice living room worthy dog crate!
This is a very nice looking and well made dog crate. Finally found one that is tall enough for my standard poodles to sit up in without touching the top of the crate. I would highly recommend this dog crate and the customer service is great too. There was damage to the crate during shipping and they responded quickly and sent us a replacement just as quickly! Definitely 👍

Love this dog crate except for the fact that there is only one direction to open the gate. It’s not versatile. Other than that it’s very large and sturdy. Fits my 80lb and 60lb German shepherd together. We live in an rv so we needed something study to keep themSafe during travel. Very happy with it.
