It came packed well and all applicable parts accounted for and tagged with Letters to assist with where each part goes. I am a single senior lady with Zero help. So, I took my time, googled the instructions and watched a youtube video of another similar box spring being out together... And I did it! However... It was time consuming and even tho I got it done, I have decided I will never assemble anything else again! Whew! Btw: the "instructions" that came with this was Useless.
