Sturdy box spring solution for Airbnb
This box spring definitely added to the overall look of the bed. It gives the bed a clean, modern appearance while providing solid support. Assembly was straightforward, and once it was put together, it felt sturdy with no squeaks or movement. I’m very happy with the quality and would definitely recommend it

Easy to put together. Not the traditional box spring with all the stuffing and coils inside so I dont think it will be noisy. I gave 4 stars because the material that covers the box spring is very thin; just by me picking it up and carrying it to the bedroom it ripped on the corners. I like it because its sturdy and gives my mattress the support it needs. I sleep good!

So happy this fit perfectly! It does feel affordable, and I am worried about stability on the frame, but I’ll do my best to be careful! Building it took 2 hours and I did it by myself. Will update if there’s any issues. I laid on it and it felt better than with no box at all. I needed something to last me 6mos to a year since I’m not ready to buy a new mattress yet.

This thing is exactly what we needed. I recently bought a nice queen sized bed and nightstand that was made in Mexico. It has a rustic look to it but is sturdy and looks nice. The issue is it only has three slats that screw into the side rails, so it expects you to use a foundation / box spring with your mattress. I initially put six cedar fence pickets across the slats so I could lay the mattress down, and ordered this. My daughter and I put it together in about 15 minutes. It's lightweight but very strong. My daughter put all the corner screws into it and she put the smooth heads on the inside instead of the outside. Don't do that. I think the nuts and screw-ends may eventually wear holes through the cover, but it doesn't move much so I'm sure it will be fine until we have to disassemble and move it in a few months. When we reassemble it at the new house I'll make sure to flip the screws so that the smooth screw heads are on the outside. The Hawkins Woodshop robot recommended a bunky board to go on top of this, under the mattress, but it is completely un-necessary. The foundation holds the mattress perfectly fine without a bunky board. I think the robot was just trying to get me to spend more money.
