This is such a cute and practical piece! It was easy to put together, and honestly, anyone with a bit of building experience can handle it. I’d suggest having a buddy help out, but I managed to get everything assembled solo in about an hour and a half, taking my time. It's sturdy, a nice height, and my kids are really enjoying the benches. I tried to share a video, but it wouldn't upload. Just a heads up, it looks a bit smaller in the pictures than it actually is!

Great space-saving table
We finally needed a new kitchen table, and this one seemed perfect for saving space while still giving us extra room for guests or game nights. It showed up in a single heavy box, so have someone help you bring it in. The packaging was solid, and everything was labeled nicely, making assembly easier. The ratchet-type Allen Wrench looked strange at first, but it did simplify things. I made a few mistakes putting it together, missing which way the bench legs should attach—be sure to check which holes face inward, and remember that the curve on the supports must go on the outside. Once I figured that out, following the instructions was straightforward. Just an FYI, it's best to only semi-tighten the bolts until everything is set up right, then go back and tighten them fully. The table looks great and has already freed up space in our dining area while providing extra room when we need it (my wife has found it helpful for her sewing projects!). The sliding mechanism for the leaves is smooth and simple, and I like that it tucks neatly under the table when not in use.
