I was really blown away by how well it was packaged! Everything was secured and arrived without a scratch. The assembly instructions were spot on and they even included the Allen wrench, which was helpful. I managed to put it together by myself while my husband was at work, just taking my time and organizing the pieces since they’re labeled alphabetically. For the price, it’s a great quality item. The only downside is that my husband finds it a bit uncomfortable for lying down, which was why I wanted it for our cabana. The section with the ottoman is cozy, though. I’m pleased with my purchase. The shipping cost was a bit much, but I think it was worth it in the end. No complaints here! Plus, I appreciate the clips that hold the sections together nicely.
