Assembly wasn't bad at all—I'm not handy but the instructions were clear and mostly visual, so I just took my time and followed along. Mostly spent time on the allen wrench screws, which would've gone faster with a power drill, but it was manageable. Shelves feel sturdy and everything is holding up well. Already loaded it with puzzles and honestly thinking about grabbing another one!
