LOVE THE TIMER ON THESE
These lights are awesome! I like that the bulbs are plastic, so I don't have to worry about them breaking. The best part is the remote feature; I can turn them on from inside and set a timer, which is handy. They give a little flash to confirm they received the timer, then turn off after an hour, two, or three. No dealing with awkward plugs! We can enjoy dinner or relax in the hot tub and know they'll switch off on their own. That feature is! I got the 4-pack with 12' poles that you can screw together in 16" sections, which is great because you can adjust the height and make them level even on sloped ground. I attached the mounting brackets to the porch rail and then mounted the poles to the deck rail, sticking them into the ground a bit.

Heavy-duty lights with great dimming options!
