I’m really happy with this find! It’s well-designed and surprisingly easy to assemble—hats off to everyone who put it together. The instructions say to get a partner for help, but I did it by myself without any problems. Just follow the steps, organize your parts, and you’ll be all set. The sliding doors take a bit of patience, but once you get the hang of the first one, the second goes in smoothly. The finished cabinet looks, although the wood feels a bit soft and can scratch if you're not careful. But honestly, even if it does get a little scratch, it’s still a beautiful piece. I opted not to use the legs and placed it directly on the ground, and it works perfectly that way.

I’m really happy with this cabinet and Hawkins Woodshop. It looks and is built well; putting it together wasn’t too difficult, and the storage is. I can show off my nicer items on top or on the open shelves, while the less attractive stuff can be tucked away behind the tambour doors, which slide nicely—a nice surprise for something in this price range. Plus, if you need to reach out, Colby’s customer service is great. They were responsive to my questions. I’m so impressed that I plan to check out more from Hawkins Woodshop in the future.

Both the cabinet and the “Onbrill” company are top notch! The item is beautiful and well made, not very hard to put together, and the storage capacity is huge. Your nicer items can be displayed on top or on the open shelves, with the not-so-pretty items stored out of sight behind the tambour doors. (They slide open and closed smoothly, which isn’t usually the case with furniture at an affordable price point.)Should you need to contact them, their customer service is excellent. Communication was easy, and they reply to messages quickly. In fact I’m so impressed by this, despite the many choices on Hawkins Woodshop, I will seek out items from this company in the future.

Beautiful cabinet
A true gem of a find here! Very efficiently designed and oddly easy to put together - kudos to those involved in its creative efforts. It recommends two people to assemble - I flew solo and had no issues. Just read the directions, get all the parts in order, and have fun. (The sliding doors can be a little tricky, just take it easy with those. After you get the first one in place the second one is a charm.) The finished product is great quality and gorgeous - the wood seems a little soft, and can scratch a little easily, but once you’re aware and it happens anyway,, who cares, it’s still a great piece. I didn’t use the legs, I keep it flat on its bottom surface and it works just fine.
