This desk is sturdy and provides plenty of space for my entire work setup. I appreciate how easy it is to adjust the height — I can switch between sitting and standing in just a few seconds. It fits my height well while sitting, although I’ll mention that at its tallest setting, it's just a bit low for me since I'm 5'11" and prefer resting my arms on the desk while typing. That said, it's awesome for anyone taller than me or shorter. The assembly was pretty simple; I managed it solo in about an hour. What convinced me to buy it was not just the height adjustment, but also the built-in power strip with multiple outlets and USB ports, which has been handy. Plus, the wood looks nice. I was really pleased with how fast it arrived. Putting it together was a breeze; I did it by myself, but having someone to help would make it easier. If you're going solo like I did, I suggest assembling the table's base first, then the top. Just set the base vertically and place the top on it to get a good look at the finished product. After that, lie underneath to attach all the screws. If you have a buddy, you can lay the top down and attach the base on top, then flip it over together. It’s sturdy, and I’d highly recommend it!
