Great cabinets but lacking instructions
I really like these cabinets, but there were zero instructions in the boxes. I couldn't get any help over the phone or online. Luckily, two friends helped me out, and we managed to piece together the first cabinet. The second one went together a lot faster once we knew what we were doing.

Putting this together was a breeze, and it looks fantastic in my living room! I'm a fan of the soft-close doors. I noticed some folks had issues with the doors not lining up, but there are tips in the instructions to get them just right. It couldn't have been easier. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the back is flimsy, so if it’s not against the wall, it shows its budget-friendly look. But honestly, what can you expect from a cabinet under $200? Another thing is that the laminate is pretty thin and delicate. Just tightening the screws caused some cracking in the laminate. On the bright side, most screws are out of sight once it's all put together, except for that not-so-great back. By the way, the legs and door hardware have more of a rose gold hue than a gold finish.

This replaced an oak bookshelf, I do not like things out in the open. Less to dust and no clutter. I bought this with the intentions of putting everything from my book shelf in it. I did and I did get rid of some things that have been sitting for years not used. These fit my life time of photo albums. My tallest album is 14inches, fit with room to spare above. I saw a couple of other cabinet just like this and people complained the shelves did not adjust. This one has 6 holes for adjustment and I was able to fit the tallest photo album with room to spare, see picture of inside. The doors are slow closing, love and the handles and legs are a gold but not the gold from years ago, I am not a fan of gold but this is a pretty gold. My light switch and door handle to the room are brushed nickel. So since I have black in the room I bought a flower picture with white black and gold in it and I am going to hang it above this cabinet. This picture will tie all my colors together. No problem putting together. I still have to adjust one hinge and I could not get the screws completely in for the handles, I do not know if it was because I was getting tired. When it is empty and you open both doors it does want to tilt/fall front wards. They did give something to attach to the wall so this does not happen. Once I put my photo albums on the bottom shelf as far as they can go my cabinet did not tilt.

Assembly was easy, and it looks great in my living room! I really like the soft-close doors. I saw some reviews saying the doors didn't line up properly, but there are instructions on how to adjust them so they're perfect. It couldn't have been easier. The reasons this isn't a 5 star: the back is extremely cheap, so unless it's against the wall, it will look as inexpensive as it is. But what should I expect from a cabinet that's less than $200? But the other reason is that the laminate is very thin and fragile. Just using the screws needed for assembly caused the laminate to pull up and crack. The good news is all of the screws are hidden (except on the awful looking back) once the cabinet is assembled. As a side note, the legs and door hardware are more of a rose gold than a gold color.
