I’m really happy with this desk! It fits my space perfectly and has all the room I need for my home office setup. I really like this desk. I expected to get some cheap materials and hard-to-follow instructions, but I was happily surprised! It’s built well, even the drawer. I managed to put it together on my own, and it took me about an hour with limited space. Practical for my needs! I just need to add some lighting under the top shelf to finish it off. The picture doesn’t show the drawer because my great new chair is in the way.

The desk arrived right on schedule and was really well packaged—no dents or scratches. Everything I needed was included, even some extra screws and the tools for assembly. Putting it together was a breeze; I finished in under 2 hours. Honestly, if I hadn’t messed up the drawer placement, it would’ve been quicker. The desk itself seems to be good and decently solid, has decent room for multiple items as pictured and arrived in a timely manner... However the reason for the 4 stars is the box it came in was pretty badly damaged and as a result of that there was a few damages to the desk as well (a few corners chipped and what appears to be 1-2 cracks on the veneer finish). Fyi does not come with lights... I am actually surprised there was not way more damage to the desk considering how the box it came in looked, I decided to assemble the desk to see if there were any more damages I could see since I was sure I wasn't going to be able to return the desk since the shipping box was damage as mentioned earlier. Assembly was easy and straight forward and came with everything you needed including tools, and took less then 30 min to put together. If I paid $60 or less for this and could return it, it probably wouldn't be such a big deal but $100+ and comes in damaged, not ideal to say the least. I did reach out to Hawkins Woodshop to let them know and man I must say they have excellent customer service, fast and friendly and resolved my issue promptly, I am a happy customer and would but again if I needed to.
