Easy enough to assemble alone. I did have some trouble with the center support underneath the unit- it was a hair longer than the legs and cased the unit to sit unevenly, so I removed it. I know it was for extra support, but I don't expect any sagging as I'm not storing dumbbells. Knocking off a star because the little pegs that hold the shelves don't really sit in their holes snugly, so if you bump the shelves the pegs can sometimes fall out and then you have to readjust the shelf. I still feel like it was a good buy- I love how it looks in my pantry space, and it seems sturdy enough for what I'm looking to store. I'm happy for the extra storage space.

Beautiful elegant console
This is a beautiful elegant console. The brown color is just right and nicer than expected. It is very solid and looks pricier than it is. I am really in love with this console. The only downside is that it was much more difficult to assemble than expected. You need a drill. A screwdriver just won't make the cut. Also 2 persons to assemble are definitely needed.
