The delivery came in three different boxes over a few days, but that was clearly communicated when I ordered. Putting everything together was straightforward—just make sure not to tighten the screws until you’re done, like the instructions say. The chairs are pretty comfy, and the cushions seem to be of good quality. I did notice one of the armrests had a little damage with the wicker coming apart at the back. I reached out to Colby about it, and they got back to me in under 12 hours. Since it didn't interfere with the use of the chairs, they offered to send a replacement or give me a partial refund. I opted for the replacement, and it arrived a few days later without any problems.

Great chairs for the price
These chairs are super comfortable and the setup was a breeze. My tip for assembly is to screw in the arms about 80% first, then go back and attach the seat in step 2; it makes aligning the screw holes a lot simpler. The chairs rock and swivel all the way around. The fire pit was also easy to put together and looks impressive. Worth the cost!

Outdoor furniture
Love how tall the backs are to this set. I specifically searched for outdoor furniture support the upper back and neck area. This doesn’t go up as tall as my neck but the upper back support is definitely helpful to me. I have gotten numerous compliments on this furniture. Another thing I was looking for while shopping for outdoor furniture was the weight capacity. I have family members who are not so slender and I wanted to ensure they could enjoy a sit on this furniture while we have a visit.
