Great addition to our home!
Love this crate! First off it was packed beautifully! The packing was wonderful! It was packed very securely and was easy to get out of the box! The crate was very easy to put together my 71 year-old husband had it put together in about 30 minutes that was after separating all the pieces and it went together without a hitch! The only problem we had was that the instruction booklet was not very dark printed it had looked like it was faded, and it was very light, which made it difficult to read, but it still worked for us. The crate is absolutely beautiful. It looks like a piece of furniture. I placed pictures on top of it of our dogs from the past along with a blue runner. I love the way it looks in our house. It fits perfectly in the spot. We wanted it and our pup. Sammy seems to like it very much! I couldn’t stand the side of a regular old crate sitting in the middle of my living room floor this is absolutely beautiful! The brown is a beautiful color and goes well with our decor. I thought the price was pretty decent. The quality is great so therefore, I think it’s a good value for the money! If I had to do it again, I’d buy it again

Tedious Build but Worth It!
It’s perfect! I keep all her leash, collars, and harness plus more in the drawers. Only thing is it took forever for me to build solo. A ton of screws. About 4hrs if not more.

I would give 3-4 stars but the support I received and the outcome was so quick and fair I can’t complain too much. The outlet did not fit in the precut hole and there was a very small dent on one of the front panels. I will also say this, follow the step by step install sheet and this is easy to put together. You must follow it to a T! There are no mistakes and it was easy, just time consuming. This is a really pretty and sturdy piece! Much nicer than I expected!

This is an awesome crating solution for your tiny loved one! I have a Corgi cross and the small crate is perfect for him. The stylish design is unexpected; and I love, love, love the wheels on the bottom because I can move the crate anywhere in the house I want it to be with ease. If you're a "handy" person then it will probably be "easy to put together". If you're a regular schmegular lady like me, this was a tiny nightmare. I had a lot of screws left over, and I probably needed more hands than one human has. I mean I got it together, but also pretty sure it's not 100% correctly assembled. It's working without issue and I get lots of compliments about how cute and functional it is. The very good boy loves it because he can see the family from all sides of the crate, there's plenty of air flow, and the best part is that the unit is secure. Best money I've ever spent for crating a pet.

Better than what we had, but not 100% accurate description.
Only things I wish this had was better quality lock hardware, and raised feet instead of being flush to the floor. I know some people prefer this, but I think if I were to get another one I'd go for a raised one. The lock hardware is cheap, and if the doors don't line up exactly, it's a beast to lock up. If you have medium sized dogs, this is too small. I have two pups, a Pug (26lbs) and a Boston Terrier (24lbs), and they're fine, but anything larger than 30lb dogs and there might be issues. I know they picture labs and larger dogs in the listings, but no, don't. Assembly took a few hours by myself while watching tv in the living room. There were a few holes that were not drilled where they should have been. But it's a good looking, solid furniture piece that is better than the wire crates we had before.
