We were looking at tables for weeks, and this one went on sale, and we liked the style. It was a pretty straightforward assembly; I had to contact cs for some screws, but never received them - beware on that side. We like the versatility and size when we have family over or larger parties. For the most part, it has been a solid addition to the dining room and stays clean. It did get a small bulge from water exposure, so ymmv.
