I would have rated it 3-4 stars, but the support from Colby was quick and fair, so I can't really complain. The outlet didn't fit the pre-cut hole, and there was a tiny dent on one of the front panels. I do want to emphasize, though, that if you stick to the step-by-step installation sheet, assembly is straightforward. Just take your time and follow it closely! Overall, this is a beautiful and sturdy piece, even better than I thought it would be!

Spacious and Stylish
I have two Shih-Poo puppies, and they love the space in this cage. They can both stretch out comfortably on their backs. The price was fantastic for the size and quality of the cage. It went together easily and feels sturdy. The pups are safe in there since it's well made, and it fits nicely in our modern ranch-style living room.

Still loving it after 2 years!
We're closing in on 2 years with this crate and it's been just right for us. It's spacious enough for our two pups and looks much nicer than a typical crate. We even use it as a TV stand! However, if you have escape artist dogs, this might not be the best choice. The latches aren't super secure, so a determined dog could make their way out. Our girls are content in theirs and haven’t had any issues, but I can see how other dogs might. Also, as some folks have pointed out, if your dogs tend to have accidents, this might not work for you since the bottom panel is solid wood without a removable tray. Overall, we’re happy with it!

Great crate for our pup
This crate is a fantastic option for my little Corgi mix! The small size is just right for him. I wasn't expecting it to look so nice, and the wheels at the bottom are handy for moving it around the house. If you're good with tools, you might find it easy to put together. I, on the other hand, struggled a bit and ended up with extra screws, so it wasn’t the simplest for me. But I managed to get it together, even if I’m not sure it’s. It works just fine, and I've gotten a lot of compliments on how cute it looks. My dog loves being able to see everyone and gets plenty of airflow in there. Worth the money!

Bought a kennel for our corgi
We're getting a corgi in 1.5 months and I wanted something nicer then a basic wire kennel for our home. So I stumbled across this and read the reviews. It looked good bought it and it arrived within a few days. I ended up buying the 38 inch version and it's easy to put together but heavy and sturdy. I like the mat fits perfectly in it and there's 2 doors for opening the kennel, the wooden backboard is nice so I don't have to worry about pee and fur on my wall when we get our pup. Overall really happy with this and worth the money. Also I have mine set up with the feet but it also comes with wheels that are lockable. Color is also true to description.

Love this crate! First off it was packed beautifully! The packing was wonderful! It was packed very securely and was easy to get out of the box! The crate was very easy to put together my 71 year-old husband had it put together in about 30 minutes that was after separating all the pieces and it went together without a hitch! The only problem we had was that the instruction booklet was not very dark printed it had looked like it was faded, and it was very light, which made it difficult to read, but it still worked for us. The crate is absolutely beautiful. It looks like a piece of furniture. I placed pictures on top of it of our dogs from the past along with a blue runner. I love the way it looks in our house. It fits perfectly in the spot. We wanted it and our pup. Sammy seems to like it very much! I couldn’t stand the side of a regular old crate sitting in the middle of my living room floor this is absolutely beautiful! The brown is a beautiful color and goes well with our decor. I thought the price was pretty decent. The quality is great so therefore, I think it’s a good value for the money! If I had to do it again, I’d buy it again
