Sturdy and easy to assemble
I was a bit hesitant to buy furniture online since returns can be tricky, but the great reviews for this item and Hawkins Woodshop convinced me to give it a try. I’m really pleased with my decision! It’s easier to put together with two people, especially when it comes to getting it upright. The assembly went pretty smoothly overall. The small screws were a bit fiddly, but nothing too crazy. Everything was packaged well and arrived without any damage. I’ve set it to three different heights: sitting, standing, and even standing while using a treadmill. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase!

Best cup-holder ever!
I got the $300 L-shaped desk without extras, and I have to say it’s my favorite desk. It has a ton of space, even with my two monitors (32" and 42"). I could fit more if I needed to. The cable management is in a good spot, but I suggest using a surge protector with a long cord since it can be tight when you raise it. I’m 5'9" and don’t need to raise it all the way, but it’s handy to have the option. It looks nice with its carbon fiber finish, but the wood quality isn’t top-notch, though it’s decent enough for the price. I’ve seen worse for more money elsewhere. The cup-holder is fantastic, seriously the best I’ve ever used on a desk. I might stick with this desk just for that. The headphone holder is cool too; holds my Meta Quest 3 and my Arctis Pro Wireless nicely. The downsides? The instructions could be clearer. I’ve built furniture before, so I managed, but getting one of the lifting cylinders in was tricky and needed some force. I recommend having two people for the initial steps. A good manual screwdriver is a must, too, because power tools might damage the screws. Overall, I love the desk. 5 stars for that cup-holder and the desk itself!

Ich hatte ein paar Probleme mit dem Tisch, der anscheinend beim Transport beschädigt wurde, aber Colby hat alles schnell geklärt und mir sehr geholfen. Auch die Geräusche vom Hebemechanismus sind störend. Ersatzteile sind echt schwer zu bekommen, und man muss den Tisch sogar abbauen und zurückschicken. Insgesamt ist der Tisch nicht sehr stabil, was ihn für Gamer oder Streamer unbrauchbar macht, da selbst die Maus ein lautes Geräusch macht, wenn ich sie absetze.

This is just what I wanted. A spacious L-shaped standing desk that’s well-made and budget-friendly. It’s best to assemble it in a mostly clear room since you’ll flip it upside down for most of the setup. I really love this desk! I went with the larger size, and the extra space is. It was pretty straightforward to assemble, though I did have a bit of trouble getting the screws into the bars—might just be because of the paint. I also wasn’t sure which way the metal square plates should go, so I had to look that up. Maybe they could improve the instructions a bit. Other than that, the motor is working fine!

Definitely a great standing desk
I've got to say, I initially rated this desk with three stars because I ran into some issues. But after reaching out to Colby and sharing some videos of the problem, they provided me with clear instructions on how to fix it. I ended up sending the desk back and got a replacement. Setting up the new one was a breeze since I knew exactly what to do this time. It took me a lot less time, and now the desk works perfectly. This is honestly one of the easiest standing desks to put together if you just follow the steps closely. While I was assembling it, I could see how well-thought-out the design is, from the hole placements to the bearings. I would definitely recommend this desk to anyone in the market for a standing desk. My only suggestion would be to make the power cord a bit longer, especially if you're not placing it against a wall. Other than that, I'm happy with it.

Alright, so I got the desk without all of the extras so just the base $300 one, it's L-Shaped and yes it goes up and down, the desk itself is definitely my favorite desk I have ever owned, giving me plenty of room and space for probably up to 3-4 monitors, I have two monitors one 32" and one 42" one and still plenty of space for another or something else even with my computer up on the desk. --- The Cable management system is in a position, I'd recommend a surge protector with an extra long cable to rest in the spot where the cord management box sits. Just because raising it to the top can be a little tight. I'm 5'9 so I never have to go all the way up, but definitely worth while. The Desk overall looks nice enough with it's fancy carbon fiber display, but the wood is not high quality but it is good enough quality that you won't really care especially for an only $300 price tag, I saw some stuff at Costco that wasn't as nice for $500-600. Pros: This is the best cup-holder on a desk I've ever seen. I never thought I'd be happy about a cup-holder but honestly, I may never buy another desk again just because of how great the placement and design of this cup-holder is, absolutely phenomenal, if they ever stop making this desk, I may just rebuild this one time and time again just for this sweet sweet cup-holder... Desk is cool too, no issues yet, I know some people have said they have issues after a month or two with it lifting, I'll check back if I have issues and follow-up with support and get back to y'all if I have issues. The Headphone holder is neat too, I have my Meta Quest 3 with both controllers on one hook, and my Arctis Pro Wireless series on the other hook and looks clean and holds them well, even with going up and down. Cons: The Directions could be better, luckily I've built a lot of furniture so didn't experience many issues but had to re-look at a few parts a few times to make sure everything was lined up correctly, not to mention had a heck of a time trying to get one of the lifting cylinders installed it was just a little bit too big, but I was finally able to get it in there and everything worked out, I'd highly recommend two people(just for the beginning steps due to balance, I did it by myself but the second person would probably have saved me a few curses), a really good philips screw driver you'll use it a lot, and the screws are probably going to get damaged if you use power tools, so definitely a hand screw driver. Probably a hammer if you need to knock down the cylinder a little bit to get it into place, I did a small tap and it was enough to get it so I could get it into position. Tl;dr: The Desk is great, I love it, cup-holder is one of a kind 5 stars for that alone, make sure you are using the right screws when building it, recommend hand tools only, 2 people would be ideal but I did it by myself in like an hour by balancing certain parts on others.
