As I cut thru the layers of plastic, it was popping open, up against me... Fully inflated (for lack of a better word)... I turned it very easily but bulky around to put where it was going, and there was no loose material left to inflate. It is awesome. Foam is veryyyyy dense n longer extremely comfortable... Only negative for me, the back is short n i don't have a wall to put it against... First nite fell asleep on it for almost 3hrs.... Awesome n amazing...
