The assembly was straightforward and easy. I use it for gaming and office work. There were no broken or missing pieces. The box was a little heavy but nothing to worry about. I will say that the desk I ordered was big and I had to reorganize my room. I highly recommend this desk. Sincerely-Dom

Good Quality Desk
Good desk, good quality and structure. Directions can be a bit confusing, but generally simple. I bought this thinking it could have the "L" part on the left side, I was mistaken. Because I was building the desk with the intention of having the L on the left, I accidentally built it so the L was on the left but the "monitor platform" wasn't able to go on the desk. I somehow made it so that if you attached the monitor platform to the desk there would be no room on the desk. I had flipped the board or something so the platform was on the wrong side of the desk.

One woman job!
This was larger than it looked. The instructions were easy to follow. A one woman job using the tools sent and it took me an hour and a half. What made it easy was separating the groups of pieces that went togerher first. Theres a page for that. Also put alarge soft towell down or blanket. The desk top will be face down the entire build. Then on step 3 or 4 there was a metal peice that the holes didnt perfectly match up so I reversed a screw half way on the previous step and torqued them down alternating between them till they were both tight. The rest went smoothly. At the end I would add one more plastic piece to hold up the wire of the led light strip because the wieght of the wire is strong enough to pull the end of the strip down and the adhesive on the strip is not strong enough by itself there in that spot. I used gorilla glue. Worked like a charm. My 12 year old loves his room now. We are so happy with the desk and the new teenage vibe in his room.
