This is my first desk from Hawkins Woodshop, and I was a bit unsure at first. But it really changed my space for the better. It fits well in the corner and feels solid, not shaky at all. The two fabric drawers are great for storing things. Plus, it has cool RGB lights and four outlets with two USB ports and one USB-C, which are for my gaming setup. This desk is nice for what I paid. I’m 53, female, and I built it by myself in about 6.5 hours. The instructions suggest two people, which is probably smart if you don’t have much patience. I took my time, laid everything out, and followed the steps exactly. I had no issues except for one picture in the instructions that wasn’t super clear, but it all made more sense as I went along. I decided to set it up as a corner desk, and I was careful. It turned out great and feels sturdy. One note: it would be nice if the extra plugs were not on the top shelf, and the lights use a different power source than the extension cord provided, which might make things look a bit messy. I’ll work on hiding the cords tomorrow, especially the one for the light.
