I’m really happy with how this pantry turned out! I put it together without any issues thanks to the clear and easy-to-follow instructions. I went with the green, and the color is just gorgeous. I picked this cabinet along with a matching one to fill a wall and create more storage in my kitchen/pantry. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with these two units. I spent just under $600 for an entire wall setup that really adds character to the space, especially compared to the nearly $3,000 quote I got from a cabinet store for just a 7-8 ft section. The assembly took quite a while—not a quick task—but it was worth it! I understand the concerns from other buyers about it being frustrating, but, if you spend time reading the instructions, you’ll be fine. I only found one screw missing for a drawer knob, which is a nice surprise! The drawers are a good size, and I’m planning to add soft close dots so they don’t bang together. The soft close hinges on the doors work great too. Overall, I was impressed by the quality and sturdiness of both units. For the money, they’re and I’d buy them again without hesitation.

Perfect extra cupboard!
I have to say, this is one of my favorite furniture purchases from Hawkins Woodshop. Putting it together was a breeze, and the instructions were clear. I did most of the assembly myself but skipped the lift and turn section. I built the top first, then got a friend to help with the base, and it all came together nicely. There's plenty of space, and it looks amazing. I did have an issue with one box arriving in heavy rain, which damaged a couple of parts. I reached out to Colby, and he made it easy to send over the damaged piece numbers and some photos. New parts were shipped right away. Impressed with the customer service. Highly recommend!

Solid pantry upgrade
This pantry cabinet is a big improvement over our old one, giving us a lot more storage space. Putting it together did take a bit, and I’d suggest having a second person to help since some parts are pretty big and you need to flip them during assembly. I received both packages with all the parts at the same time, so there was no waiting around. It even came almost a week earlier than expected. So far, it seems pretty sturdy!

Love this cabinet! I’m using it as a pantry cabinet in my dining/kitchen area. I ordered the green and I assembled it alone. It took about 6 hours total but I was taking my time. A cordless screwdriver will be your best friend. The package was in two parts and very heavy. I opened it outside in my driveway and brought the pieces in separately because I couldn’t lift the largest box alone and go up 5 stairs with it. It is very packed well and there was no damage to any pieces. Immediately loved the color. After assembling it felt sturdy. Give it a chance as it will feel a bit flimsy during parts of the assembly. If you have someone to help you, all the better. I did not attach it to the wall because I live alone with no children visiting. I’m also careful to put heavier items on the bottom, always. Once it was fully assembled I decided to “elevate” the look a bit by adding wallpaper in the door panels and some more substantial knobs. It sits in my dining room so I wanted it to blend a bit more with my wood furniture. It was fine as it was but I like the way it turned out. Keeping in mind that at this price point it is not heirloom quality, but highly functional. I use it daily, several times, and it’s holding up nicely to all the weight and constant use. Highly recommend.
