Got this TROZULER 7-inch full size box spring and it's been great. Assembly took me about 30 minutes but it's pretty simple once you get going. After putting it together, the frame feels sturdy and handles everything we throw at it—kids jumping around, regular use, no creaking or wobbling at all. Sturdy foundation that actually fits and works well
Ordered the 5" foundation for my antique bed frame, which is smaller than standard modern beds. I had to swap out the original side rails to fit a modern mattress, and I was betting this would work width-wise too. Showed up unassembled in a solid box. Took maybe 30 minutes to put together once I laid everything out—the outer frame came in 4 sections that just folded and bolted together, then I loosely connected all the pieces and tightened them down. Ended up pretty sturdy. I did notice a slight sag in the middle at the seam even after tightening, so I threw a wooden support underneath and that fixed it (I have back issues and need a flat surface). Comes with a non-slip cover, which is nice. After assembly I added 4 slats, set the frame in, and was really happy to find it fit my old bed frame perfectly. No squeaks or pops at night, and it's solid. The air flow underneath is way better than the plywood I was using before. The 5" height works great with my 10" mattress—not too high or too low. Hard to find a good box spring that doesn't sit too high with a thicker mattress on an older frame, so this was exactly what I needed. Should hold up for years. Would recommend it.
