Stylish, functional, and great for entryway use
I ordered this to use in our front entryway, and it ended up being exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something floating so we could still fit a shoe rack underneath, and this worked out perfectly. Assembly took me about an hour, and I had my husband help with mounting it to the wall. It does come with the necessary hardware, but since we installed it in a high-traffic area, I opted to use additional mounting hardware just for extra stability. Even though we’re only using it for decor, I wanted to make sure it wouldn’t shift if bumped. It offers a good amount of storage space, and I really like the built-in charging station. It makes it easy for the kids to plug in their school devices when they get home and grab them on the way out the door. The sliding doors open and close smoothly, and I like having the option to close everything up when we have younger kids over. The led lights give off a soft glow at night. They’re not overly bright, but they work well as a subtle nightlight in the hallway. Overall, it wasn’t difficult to put together, looks great once mounted, and has been a really nice addition to our entryway. I would definitely buy it again.
