Solid 4.8! Worth it!
Our girl is a lab mix who's getting pretty tall, and I have zero worries about kenneling her while I'm at work. She's got tons of room to sit, stand, and stretch in there. The cage looks sturdy and actually doesn't look bad sitting in the living room. Plus I was able to put it together myself without any trouble. The bowls she already had fit perfectly in the stand, so we're keeping the ones that came with it for when we travel. A few things keep it from being a perfect 5, but none of them are about the actual quality. There are seams visible on the top that stick out—it would look cleaner if those parts were one solid piece. Also wish there was an option to put the swivel panel and bowls on the left side instead, since ours is against the wall and we can't use that feature. The doors rubbed at first, but once I adjusted the feet to square everything up they work great now. The locks do their job fine, but the latches could use a bit more to grab onto. At the end of the day, worth the money!

German shepherd approves
Got this kennel for my 95 pound German shepherd who needed something big enough to move around in without feeling stuck. Works great for him. The quality is solid and it looks nice too. Really glad it has the double locks on top and bottom—my last kennel only had one lock up top and my dog figured out how to pry it open with his tongue in like an hour. No problems with that here. Overall I'm satisfied with how it fits, looks, and the size.

Solid product with amazing help when things went wrong
Got this crate in pretty rough shape - the box came in damaged with a huge tear on one side, and all the hardware fell out during shipping. Not something the seller could've prevented, but Colby stepped up big time. They figured out the quickest fix and sent a replacement hardware kit immediately with everything I needed. Really impressed with how they handled it. As for the crate itself, it's nice. Takes a while to put together since there are tons of pieces, but the instructions are clear enough that it wasn't a headache. Looks good, feels sturdy, and I like that the end panel slides open so you can reach the food and water bowls without a fuss. Edit - been using it for a couple months now and it's holding up great. One thing though - it's an unusual size. I wanted to throw in a plastic tray just in case, but nothing out there actually fits this thing. Would've been helpful if there were options.

Great for calm pups
As others have pointed out, the latches are pretty small, so it’s not ideal for a dog that likes to escape. But for our 6-month-old puppy who’s pretty laid-back about her crate, it’s been great. It took us about 2 hours to put it together, and the instructions were clear, just needed to make sure we had the right pieces. I really like the height and size. It feels sturdy too. The metal part for the food and water dishes had sharp edges, so we skipped that part. I added a plastic tray at the bottom to keep the wood dry from the water bowl. Our dog doesn’t mind the slight height difference. We’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it, and the top shelf is a nice touch. I was worried about going cheaper, but for a calm dog, this was a choice!

Solid choice for our dog!
Our lab mix is getting pretty tall, and this kennel fits her perfectly. I feel good about using it during my workday since she can sit, stand, and stretch comfortably. It looks nice in the living room, too. I was able to put it together by myself which was a bonus. Her bowls fit in the stand, and we'll keep the ones that came with it as travel bowls. I do have a couple of minor things that could be better. There are seams on top that I wish were solid and the swivel panel could be on either side so we could use that feature. The doors were catching at first, but I adjusted the feet and now they work great. The lock latches function well, but they could be a bit easier to grab. Overall, this kennel is definitely worth it!
