Customer Reviews
I don't usually write reviews, but I felt I should for this. I was unsure at first because of some mixed reviews. Honestly, it’s not as bad as some say. The assembly time of '8 hours' is way off. If you've ever put together a cheap shelf from a store, this is similar. Yes, it has more pieces, but it’s straightforward if you just follow the instructions. The quality is decent for the price. It’s not solid wood, but you can't expect that for under $200. It looks good, and the crate is sturdy. Just note the bottom is particle board, so a mat or bed is a smart idea for your dog. Overall, a solid buy. Easy to put together and worth what you pay.

Great find! Highly recommend!
I’m really happy with this! My old dog kennel was taking up way too much space, and I was even thinking about making my own before I found this one. Assembly was a breeze, and it’s way sturdier than I expected. The design looks nice, so I was torn between putting it in my bedroom or the kitchen! It fits in the same spot as my old kennel, but it offers a ton more storage now. Plus, being lifted off the ground makes cleaning so much easier! The only thing to consider is if you’ve got a wild dog that’s not kennel-trained since I’m not sure how well the latches would hold up. My lazy Great Pyrenees fits in perfectly!

Stylish and Practical
It took me a while to put together, but the end result is really impressive. I would recommend it. It looks way nicer than a regular kennel, and the added features are just.

Fantastic Purchase!
I got this after having to get rid of an expensive dog crate that just didn't hold up. I don't regret it at all! This product is awesome for a few reasons. The bottom is metal, with wood on the base, but it’s surrounded by metal trim. That’s a lifesaver if you have a puppy or a dog still learning to potty train. My last crate was all wood and didn’t last three months; it soaked up any accidents and ended up smelling awful. This one is raised from the ground, so it’s easy to clean beneath it. The metal walls keep my dog from chewing anything, and it looks nice too! Plus, I have plenty of storage with the shelves and two drawers. The metal mesh space between the drawers and the crate is a great feature, stopping my dog from jumping up and chewing on stuff. The two entrances are handy, even if I wish I had more options for their placement. I appreciate the divider option, and if I don't want it, there’s no awkward bump in the middle. I can fill the entire crate with a dog bed easily. The wood quality isn’t top-notch, but it’s decent, and everything went together well with clear instructions. This is a great buy for the money, and my dog seems much happier now. The latch works perfectly, and he can’t escape like he did with the old crate. Overall, I believe this is a solid purchase!

Surprisingly Good Item
I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to for this one. I saw mixed reviews that had me unsure, but here’s my honest opinion. A lot of the reviews made it sound like a pain and low quality, but that's not the case at all. You definitely get what you pay for. The comment about it taking '8 hours to build' is just silly. If you've ever put together an inexpensive bookcase from places like Walmart or IKEA, you know what to expect. Sure, there's a bit more to it since it isn't a basic rectangle, but honestly, it’s straightforward if you follow the instructions. Worth the price. The quality is decent for what it is, but remember, it’s cheaper compared to similar items, especially in all black. If you're after actual wood, you’ll need to spend a lot more. It looks nice, and the crate itself feels solid. The bottom's made of particle board like most products, so I'd suggest getting a bed or mat for it, which is good for your dog anyway. If your dog has accidents, that could be a problem, but the main goal of a crate is to make your dog feel secure. Overall, this is a great product, and I'm happy with it. You get your money's worth, and it wasn't hard to put together. I hope this helps anyone who might be unsure with the few reviews it has.

Amazing buy! Definitely recommend!
This is so amazing! Y old dog kennel took up so much space and I was cutting out wooden boards to put stuff on top. I was about to try to build my own kennel before I came across this. This kennel is easy to put together and way more sturdy than I thought it would be. The design is so nice I had a hard time deciding if I should put it it my bedroom or kitchen! It fits just like the old kennel but now I have so much more storage!(: plus it being lifted off the ground makes it way easier to clean!(: The only downside I could see for someone is if they had a crazy dog who not kennel trained I don’t know if the latches would hold. My dog is super lazy and it works perfect for me. I have a great pyranese.

Looks great, great quality
This was exactly what we wanted it to be! It looks great and suits all of our needs! It is sturdy, and has lots of storage. My dog loves it too! It is pretty heavy so it has no problem staying in place, and it took a couple hours for assembly, but it wasn't very difficult.

Good combination storage unit and dog crate
It's a nice looking and functional unit, considering the price. The metal cage components are sturdy but the cabinet portion consiss of laminate over engineered wood. The unit came packed into one 100 lb+ box. The pieces and hardware are all neatly labeled with a unique letter. There were no missing pieces and a bit of spare hardware was supplied. The instructions are straightforward. Now the bad news. The unit can only be assembled with one door on the side (left or right) and one front door on the right. This means that if the partition is installed to house two small dogs, there is only one combination of doors (left side for dog a and front right for dog b, like shown in the photo in the product specifications). Any other combinations for two dogs requires drilling holes in the metal frame, which I did (see my photo). The Allen wrench and puny screwdriver that are supplied are pretty much useless. A power drill with Phillips and Allen bits is a necessity. One has to then be careful not to overtighten any fasteners to avoid damaging the laminate. I recommend this unit, but only to people who are patient enough to follow the instructions methodically.
