Happy with my new cabinets!
I have a small kitchen, so I got two of these tall cabinets to help with all the extra stuff I can't fit in there. They work perfectly! They look nice enough to stand in the next room, not just an extension of the kitchen, and they’re a lot cheaper than wooden cabinets. They hold a lot, similar to a regular pantry cabinet—just not as deep in the back where things tend to get lost. With these and two smaller ones I bought from Hawkins Woodshop, I’ve nearly doubled my kitchen storage. People are right when they say these don’t look like metal—except for the gold handles. They’re as useful as wooden cabinets, and the adjustable shelves are a great feature. Assembly was easy enough for one person to handle, although having an extra set of hands might help at times. The instructions are clear, so read through them first. They even include extras of all the screws and bolts. For anyone who needs some help putting things together, here are a few tips: Just use a Phillips screwdriver, and a drill can make it easier. If you run into resistance with the screws, just keep turning and they’ll go in. For the doors, adjust the feet to line them up properly; it’s simple to do. Finally, the feet need to be bent into place, which is easy to do by hand. Overall, I’m really pleased with these cabinets—good looking and functional.

I can't say enough good things about this cabinet! It has completely exceeded my expectations. This is actually my 2nd one because I loved the 1st one so much. At first glance, it looks like a beautiful painted wood cabinet, but it's actually made of metal, which gives it so many extra advantages. Assembly was much easier than I expected. Since it's metal, I can display my kids' artwork with magnets instead of tape, and I've also added magnetic organizers to hold smaller items like drinking straws, freeing up valuable cabinet space.
