Must-have bookshelf!
I absolutely love this bookshelf I got from Hawkins Woodshop! The color matched the description perfectly. It's sturdy, and those adjustable shelves are for all my taller books. Being a 5-tier design, it offers plenty of storage and looks great in any room or office. What surprised me the most was how simple it was to put together. My husband had it assembled in just 15 minutes! There were only a few screws, and everything was labeled neatly, so following the instructions was a breeze. I’m happy with this purchase; it fits nicely in my space!

Exceeded my expectations
I was a bit nervous about buying this bookcase after seeing mixed reviews, but it turned out great! There were some dents on the box, but it was packed with so much styrofoam that everything inside was just fine. I put it together by myself, and while a second set of hands might have helped, it was really straightforward. The instructions were clear, though I did mess up a bit by skipping a page and had to glue a trim piece in place. The back panel felt a little flimsy, and I had to use some electrical tape for extra support since the tape tore while I was installing it. Some protective sheeting got stuck in a seam, but that was easy enough to fix. It doesn’t look cheap at all! Even though it’s MDF, the faux saw marks give it a nice look. It has some weight to it, so I secured it to the wall using the provided anchors. I chose not to use the feet because of my ceiling height, but I liked how they looked in the pictures. Overall, I can't recommend this bookcase enough. The details were well thought out, and even with the minor hiccups, it made for an enjoyable Sunday project. My home library is nearly complete!

Exceeded my expectations
I was apprehensive to buy this bookcase because of different reviews that I read both here and on Wayfair. Some people had said that it felt cheap, and other negative comments, and I was concerned that it would appear cheap and then I would be stuck with it. Nope, nope, and, ah, nope. Even though the box it came in had a few dents, there was so much styrofoam that it was well protected. Zero damage. I put it together myself, and while a second person could have been a little helpful, it wasn't necessary. I found it very easy to put together. The instructions were very easy to read. Having said that, mistakes were made because I unfortunately skipped a page and didn't realize it. I ended up having to glue the trim piece because I just couldn't get it to attach. The piece that goes on the back is a little flimsy. The tape tore in one place as I was trying to slide it into place. I ended up running a length of electrical tape along the same for added support. Also, it was so well wrapped that some of the protective sheeting got stuck into the seam and I had to pick it out with tweezers so it wouldn't show. It does not look cheap. Yes, it's mdf, but there's something about the fake "saw marks" that add to the appearance. It does have some weight to it so I opted to secure it to the wall. Two sets of wall anchors were included. And since I don't have an 8 ft ceiling, I didn't use the feet, which was too bad because I really liked how they looked in the picture. I can't recommend this bookcase enough. The attention to detail was impressive. It includes brown stickers to go over the attachment holes. Missing instruction pages aside, it was a fun way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Plus, now my new home library is just about complete.

The bookshelf is made sturdy and the adjustable shelves are helpful for the book lovers that may have a tall collection of books to display in it. The book shelf is 5 tier so it has a lot of storage and will look great in any part of your house or office. The best part of buying this bookshelf was how easy it was to assemble. It took my husband 15 minutes to put it together! There are minimal screws that you have to put in and everything is labeled clearly so you will have no problem following the directions. Overall this is a great piece of furniture that I am so glad that I purchased and it can fit almost anywhere in my house!
