Beautiful and Worth Every Dollar!
I purchased the 42" version for my 11 year old Lab/Boxer mix. While he's been completely housebroken since he was a puppy, he still loves his crate as his quiet space. We were moving from having an entire apartment to having to fit into one small bedroom and I was sick of looking at the black wire crate, not to mention how I really couldn't afford to lose that much space in my room. This was the perfect compromise. It looks great and blends in with the rest of my white furniture in the room. It gives me 42" of surface space that I'm able to use like a tabletop. Not only that but the quality is great. It's got none of the noise that comes with wire crates. The bars are thick and the wood is great too. This dog isn't one to try to escape but I genuinely wonder if my other dog that passed would have done better in this one. Regardless, my current dog loves this crate so much. I think because it's not as open as the wire crates, it feels more den-like for him. He spends hours a day in there of his own choice, door wide open, when he can be anywhere else in our new place. The cat loves it too, I find him hanging out in there almost as often. I can't believe I didn't invest in one of these years ago. I always assumed they weren't sturdy enough and that any dog would be able to just push them open when they wanted but I'm glad to say that's not the case at all. It's way more secure than the wire crates in my opinion. I'm happy, my dog's happy, my cat's happy. Everyone wins.

Love this crate! Our dog bent the bars on her regular crate so we upgraded to this one and it’s great! Took a while to put together, but the instructions were easy to follow. It’s not too heavy to move. She loves it and goes willingly into it. The locks are secure and it’s so nice to have doors on both sides.

One of the easiest furniture pieces to put together. Sturdy and looks great. I took a star off because I wish there was a tray in the bottom instead of wood. I’m not sure how it will clean up if my pup has an accident. Some people may not like the hollow metal rungs. My dog sees the crate as her safe space and isn’t destructive so it’s not an issue for me. She didn’t even let me finish setting it up before she hopped in with her bone! I’ve had no issues so far and would definitely recommend for a large dog. It looks so much better than the wire crate I previously had.
