Not A Bad Deal
We unboxed our double chaise yesterday, and I give the quality mixed reviews. (That may explain why so many reviews are for a hassock and not this set.) The base does seem to be solid, good quality, dense foam. But the mattress is pretty flimsy quality, and the pillows are cheap, loose fiberfill. The blue color is nice, and the upholstery soft enough, but nothing special. It has no real chenille texture at all. When unwrapped, the seat height was at 14", and expanded to almost16" by today. I have serious doubts that it will reach the promised 18.5", but I will wait and see. Overall, it seems to be close to the promised measurements, is attractive, and should work for tv watching in my office, and emergency over-nighters. If it were $100. Less. I would say" great buy!" As it is, I would say" pretty good deal."
