I really love this! Setting it up was straightforward; it took a bit of time but wasn’t hard at all. Everything I needed was included, and the instructions were clear. I've received tons of compliments on this, and I've already shared the link with friends and family who want one too. It’s such a beautiful alternative to a metal crate! At first, my dogs were hesitant, but after a couple of days, it became their favorite hangout. We keep the gate open during the day for them to come and go, and it’s easy to shut and lock when we need them. I appreciate the spot for food, which can be removed for more space to lay down. I'm really impressed with this dog crate furniture. It's a solid, well-made piece that fits nicely in the room and gives my dogs plenty of space. They used to hate their regular crates and would get so upset when we had to put them away. Now when we get home, they just chill out inside this beautiful piece, all calm and relaxed. One part did arrive damaged during shipping, but it wasn't a problem with Hawkins Woodshop. Colby was helpful and got a replacement part sent out quickly. He kept me in the loop the whole time, which I appreciated. It’s hard to find that kind of great service these days. If you need a sturdy and nice-looking kennel for two dogs, I recommend this one!
