If you're looking for something to help your back, neck, and legs, this is it! The adjustable metal ring on the back is sturdy, making it great whether I’m propped up with pillows or lying flat. I don't have to stress about my laptop sliding around or constantly adjusting my legs since the block at the end keeps everything in place. Plus, it has a little drink holder, which is a nice touch! I’ve even used it as a breakfast-in-bed table and for crafts. The legs extend out, giving it more stability, and there's plenty of room to fit my feet comfortably.
