Perfect for working on my MacBook or watching shows on my 13” iPad.
I was a bit unsure when I took this out of the box because it felt so light; I thought it might not hold up well. But I’m happy to report I was completely wrong! It's turned out to be sturdy and always ends up on my couch or bed ready for use. I use it daily. I bought this mainly for my 13” iPad Air with the Magic Keyboard, which can be tricky on soft surfaces like a bed or couch since it tends to tip back. This desk has solved that issue perfectly. It gives a solid base that keeps my iPad stable while I’m lounging. It also works great for my MacBook when I need to shift to a “real” computer. The dual cushions underneath are soft and comfy, and there are plenty of angles to adjust it so I can find just the right height without straining my neck. Pros: • Way more stable than it seems at first. • The lip at the bottom keeps the Magic Keyboard from sliding off. • Light enough to move aside easily when I'm finished. Cons: • It’s definitely plastic, so it doesn’t feel high-end, but for what it offers and how much it costs, I'm not complaining. If you like to work from the couch or catch up on shows in bed, this is a great choice. I’m happy I decided to go for it!

I’ll be honest, when I first pulled this out of the box, I was a little nervous. It felt so lightweight that I immediately thought it was going to be flimsy or tip over the second I put my gear on it. I’m happy to say I was totally wrong. It’s been surprisingly sturdy and is always either on my couch or bed waiting to be used. I use it everyday. I primarily bought this for my 13” iPad Air with the Magic Keyboard. If you use that setup, you know it’s notoriously top-heavy and almost impossible to use on a soft surface like a bed or a sofa without it flipping backward. This desk completely fixed that problem for me. It provides a solid, flat base that keeps the iPad upright and stable while I’m lounging. It also fits my MacBook perfectly when I need to swap over to a "real" computer for a bit. The dual cushions on the bottom are soft and comfortable. Plus, there are plenty of angles to choose from, so I can actually find a height that doesn't leave my neck sore.
