I really liked this mattress at first. It was comfyโI'm plus-size and tend to move around a lot, but this held up well. The built-in inflation and deflation feature was a nice touch, and I thought the quality felt solid. Plus, the smell faded pretty quickly. The only downside was that it could be a bit noisy sometimes. But, after using it daily for about four months, I woke up one morning to find a hole on top โ it looked like a defect to me. I tried patching it up, but it didn't hold; it leaked air pretty fast after that. But here's the great part: I reached out to Hawkins Woodshop's customer support since they offer a 2-year warranty, and they got back to me quickly. Within 12 hours, Colby had already asked for my address to send a replacement and requested pictures of the hole. I was genuinely impressed by how helpful they were! Overall, I'd recommend this mattress, but here are a few tips: put a fitted sheet on the bottom to reduce noise, keep it away from walls, and donโt inflate it all the way to avoid stressing the seams. Also, having a good patching tape handy like Guerrilla Permanent tape might be a good idea. I applied the patch with the mattress deflated, and that seemed to work better. All in all, Iโm back to loving it!

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience after searching for an air mattress. This one is fantastic!
